Fly The Google Earth Flight Simulator

Flight-sim-4_thumb.jpg Google Earth has a cool tool you may not have heard of. The Google Earth Flight Simulator. With it you can fly around the globe in Google Earth, it allows you to operate a simulated aircraft using either your mouse or another controller. It takes a little while to get used to the controls, I crashed quite a few times in the beginning.  Give it a try its free. First you need Google Earth if you don’t already have it.

  1. Start Google Earth, then choose > Tools > Enter Flight Simulator.

  2. Select your aircraft and your start position. I would start out with the SR22 until you get the feel of the controls.Flight-sim-2_thumb.jpg
