Add 3D Pinball To Windows 8

If you loved to play 3D Pinball on your XP computer you know by now that Microsoft didn’t include it in Windows 8 for some strange reason. Well there’s good news it works just fine in Win 8 and it’s not hard to get it working as long as you have or know someone with a XP computer, and a way to transfer some files, if not I setup a download site with the files at MediaFire.

Here’s how to get it working.

3D Pinball

  1. Download the Pinball files from the link above and extract the zip file.
  2. Create a new folder on your C drive and name it 3D Pinball.
  3. Copy the files you extracted to this folder, you may need to click ok a few times for the User Account Control box that may popup.
  4. Right click the  Pinball.EXE file and drag it to your Desktop and choose create shortcut here.

You can also rename the shortcut and change the icon if you want or just enjoy your pinball again.
